Design:

• The tombstones separate the livestock for feeding and reduces feed waste
• Feeder Panels pin together to create a continuous fence line feeder
• The modular design lets you pin one tombstone feeder panel to the next panel

NOTE: Feeder panels should be secured to pasture posts. This will require extra pins and post to panel connectors.

Construction:

• 2-3/8” OD, for the panel frame
• 1.9” OD, 14-gauge, for the tombstone hoops
• 1” OD, 14-gauge. for the interior vertical inside the tombstone hoops.

Specifications:

• Height of tombstone feeder panels: 50-5/8"
• The opening between the stanchions is 12-3/16"

Slantbar Fence Line Feeder Panels

The slantbar feeder panel makes an excellent 60” high fence line feeder. Panels are available in several lengths. The common connector system allows any combination of slantbar feeder panels to be pinned together.

Design:

• Slantbar deters livestock from crawling into the feeder
• A double top rail provides additional panel strength
• Tubing ends have been coned to eliminate sharp edges
• The opening between the stanchions (horizontal) is ~15.5"

NOTE: Feeder panels should be secured to pasture posts.

Construction:

• 1-1/2” OD, 14-gauge. for the top rail
• 1.9” OD, 12-gauge for the two interior horizontals
• 1.9 OD 14-gauge. for the bottom horizontal and outside verticals
• The slantbar stanchions are 1-5/16” OD, 0.125 wall

NOTE: The 16’ slantbar feeder panel is built heavier, to withstand greater pressure on the longer panel.

Hurricane Feeder Panels

 The Hurricane Feeder Panel offers a rugged 5' high frame, in several different lengths, built for the cow/calf operator. These fence line panels feature bale saver stanchions, to reduce wasted feed.

Design:

• The bale saver stanchions project inwards to reduce feed waste
• Panels are designed to be used as fence-line panels, OR pinned together to create multi-bale feeders.
• The simple pin and connector system makes these panels easy to install & use.

NOTE: Feeder panels should be secured to pasture posts for extra support. This will require extra pins with chains and post to panel connectors.

Construction:

• The frames ends are 1.9” OD 12-gauge
• The frames rails are 2-3/8" OD (0.125 wall)
• The stanchions are 1-1/2”, 14-gauge
• The 22” high base is sheeted on the outside with 16-gauge sheet metal

Specifications:

• Panels are all 60” high
